What is your return policy?
At thepoplook.com, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for store credit only. There is a restocking fee of 5% for all items returned. For example, if you return a dress you purchased for RM100, you will receive a store credit coupon worth RM95. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Also, buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us.
