What are the shipping guidelines?
We strive to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours after payment is received. Orders made on Saturday will only be shipped on Monday. We provide both local and international shipping.
What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?
We provide FREE Poslaju shipping to all orders within Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak. Tracking numbers are emailed for all orders once shipped.
What are the international shipping costs and methods?
Here at thepoplook.com, we ship worldwide. All international orders are shipped using either Malaysian Registered Mail or PosLaju. Malaysian Registered Mail is a postal service that will take 2-3 weeks and will require signature upon delivery. Poslaju is Malaysia's Express Mail Service and delivers within 3 - 5 business days. Signature will also be required. Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once shipped. All orders are charged a flat shipping rate as follows:

What is your return policy?
At thepoplook.com, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for store credit only. Returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM. There is a restocking fee of 5% for all items returned. For example, if you return a dress you purchased for RM100, you will receive a store credit coupon worth RM95. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Also, buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us. Sale items, headbands and jewellery cannot be returned.
